What does it cost our venue?
Nothing to staff it. We bring the host, the games, the gear, the sound and the promotion. Every partnership is shaped around your room and your goals, so we talk specifics once we know your night.
What does the venue need to provide?
Seating for around 60, a power outlet, and the green light to use a mic and speaker. A TV or projector helps for music trivia and game shows, but we can bring our own setup.
How many people show up?
60 or more per event. We have sold out every night we have run, usually with a waitlist, and players stay two-plus hours eating and drinking.
Which night should we pick?
Any day of the week works for us, with a priority on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Tell us what fits your room and we will build around it.
Do we have to commit to a recurring series?
No. Most venues start with one trial night, look at the bar numbers themselves, then decide on a regular slot.
What kinds of spaces can host?
Bars, restaurants, patios and rooftops, lounges and event spaces, breweries and wineries, vacant rooms, parks and rec centers.
How far ahead should we reach out?
Three to four weeks before your target date so we can promote it properly to our community.
